JuicyAds Secures WIPO Victory Against Fraudulent Domain Operator

(Geneva, July 20, 2025) Leading global advertising network JuicyAds has scored a decisive legal win in a high-profile intellectual property case, successfully reclaiming the domain juicyads.blog after the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) ruled it was registered and used in bad faith by a scam operator in Peru.

The fraudulent domain was designed to mimic JuicyAds’ official platform, complete with unauthorized use of the JuicyAds trademark, logo, and interface, fake support channels, and a counterfeit campaign management area. The perpetrator solicited payments from unsuspecting users, falsely claiming association with the legitimate network despite having previously been terminated by JuicyAds for sending fraudulent traffic.

“This decision is a strong reminder that we will pursue and take down any entity infringing on our intellectual property or attempting to mislead our clients and partners,” said Juicy Jay, founder of JuicyAds. “Our clients rely on the integrity of our brand, and we are fully committed to protecting them from imposters and scams.”

Represented by Corey Silverstein of Silverstein Legal, JuicyAds presented evidence of blatant brand impersonation and fraud, leading to what Silverstein called a “slam-dunk case”. The WIPO panel found the domain identical to JuicyAds’ registered trademark which is protected across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union and confirmed its use was intentionally deceptive for financial gain.

“This wasn’t a borderline dispute; it was a calculated attack on JuicyAds’ reputation,” Silverstein said. “The panel recognized the severity of the abuse and ruled decisively in JuicyAds’ favor.”

The ruling reinforces JuicyAds’ aggressive stance on brand protection and serves as a warning to would-be infringers across the digital advertising industry. The company urges anyone encountering suspicious sites or communications claiming to be JuicyAds to report them immediately.
